Rock Band 2 is a very fun party game. I normally played with my wife or with three others. I tried all the instruments out and enjoyed the guitar, bass, and vocals. The drums felt like it would be fun, but my hand-foot coordination doesn't appear to be very good, so I didn't play very well and as a result would usually fail.

The career mode of the game adds quite a bit of replay value and can be played in multi-player mode. There are tons of songs to download, but at $2 a pop you need to be a bit picky about what you want or you can blow through quiet a bit of money without knowing it.

Overall this is a very fun game and I have preferred it over Guitar Hero's equivalent band effort. If you like music and always wanted to be a musician, give this game a try.
